Bespoke Ring Warranty

Guarantee:

We guarantee the craftsmanship of your bespoke wedding ring for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials used in the creation of your ring.

What is Covered:

• Re-setting of loose gemstones.
• Breaks or cracks in the metal band that are not due to wear and tear or accidental damage.
• Faults in any soldered or joined components.

What is Not Covered:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or tarnish.
• Loss or theft of the ring.
• Damage caused by accidental misuse, such as dropping or hitting the ring.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning or care of the ring.
• Any alterations or modifications made to the ring after purchase.

Please note that gemstones are not covered under warranty, so we encourage you to insure your jewellery under homeowners, renters, or an independent insurance company immediately upon receipt of your piece.

Resizing:

We offer one complimentary resizing of your bespoke wedding ring within one (1) year of purchase. This resizing service is valid for adjustments up to two sizes (one size up or down).

Resizing Beyond Two Sizes:

If your ring requires resizing by more than two sizes, the original ring cannot be effectively modified. In this case, a new ring will need to be created to ensure the structural integrity and beauty of your piece. We will be happy to discuss options and provide a quote for remaking the ring. 

Repair Process:

• In the event of a covered defect or for resizing within the one-year timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will require a detailed description of the issue.
• We will assess the ring and determine if the repair or resizing is covered under warranty.
• If the repair is covered, we will repair the ring free of charge for labor. The cost of any replacement materials will be communicated before proceeding.
• Resizing services, within the covered range, will also be performed free of charge for labor.
• We will provide you with an estimated timeframe for the repair or resizing.
• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts of the ring, at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any consequential damages arising from a defect in the ring.
