Bespoke heirloom redesign
- Existing stones to be repurposed (suitability, quantity and sizes to be confirmed upon receipt)
- Ring size required
- Two bespoke ring designs to incorporate rubies and diamonds from customers own jewellery.
- Inspiration from designs such as the Aries setting, Liza setting and Tourmaline ring.
- Ring bands to be paired.
- Final quotation to be provided upon confirmation of design choices.

Bespoke Design Service Terms & Conditions
1. Design Fee & Non-Refundability
The design fee of £250 (the "Fee") covers the design work and time invested in creating a bespoke jewellery design for you (the "Client"). This fee is non-refundable.
2. Client Approval & Project Continuation
Upon Client approval of the final design, the project can proceed to production with a separate quote. The Client has no obligation to proceed with the production of the jewellery piece.
3. Design Ownership & Copyright
The design created by Moments Jewellery remains our intellectual property. The Client is granted a one-time, non-exclusive right to use the design for the production of a single jewellery piece with Moments Jewellery for their personal use.
4. Client Acknowledgement
The Client acknowledges and agrees that they will not share the design with another jeweller for the purpose of replicating or creating a similar piece.
5. Termination
This agreement can be terminated by either party at any time. In the event of termination by the Client before project completion, the non-refundable Design Fee remains in effect.

Returns are accepted if you contact within 14 days of receipt. Made to order and bespoke items are not eligible for a refund.
