Bespoke Engagement Ring Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Moments Jewellery for your bespoke engagement ring. As each piece is uniquely crafted, and your order includes a natural diamond that I will be sourcing specifically for you, I kindly ask that you review and accept the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Structure
You have two payment options for the bespoke design of your engagement ring:

• Option 1: Pay 50% upfront at the start of the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the ring.
• Option 2: Pay in full upfront for the entire project.

2. Order Confirmation and Diamond Sourcing
Upon payment of the first 50% deposit or full payment, I will proceed with sourcing your natural diamond and begin the design process. Please note that the diamond is sourced specifically for your bespoke design and cannot be reallocated once purchased.

3. Cancellation Policy
Once the initial payment is received and the project has begun, no cancellations will be accepted. Due to the nature of bespoke designs and the sourcing of your specific natural diamond, all project costs are non-refundable. This includes any costs associated with sourcing and setting the diamond, as well as time spent in the design and manufacturing process.

4. Refund Policy
As this is a custom piece of jewellery, you will not be eligible for a refund of any amounts paid once the project has begun. This includes both the upfront costs of the natural diamond and the associated design and crafting fees.

5. Delivery and Completion Times
Once full payment has been received, or the second payment of 50% is made, I will work to complete your bespoke ring within the agreed timeline. You will be notified of any delays or adjustments to the timeline.

6. Design Approval and Accuracy
Before I begin crafting your ring in metal, I will provide you with a detailed design, including the measurements and specifications of the ring. It is important that you review and approve the design carefully to ensure it aligns with your vision. Once the design is confirmed, I will proceed with the creation process. Any changes made after the design is approved may incur additional costs.
